| The first thing one must learn before starting to post in a forum is proper etiquette on the internet, or "netiquette" for short. Please follow these guidelines; they will prevent you from getting warned or banned.
-NO TROLLING OR ABUSIVE POSTS. This includes any harsh comments or attempting to elicit a reaction from anyone.
-PLEASE USE PROPER GRAMMAR AND SPELLING. There is such a thing as too much of a bad thing. If English isn't your first language, I can understand if your grammar and spelling are off and won't fault you for it. However, if English IS your first language, please keep it clean.
-NO EXCESSIVE PROFANITY. You may use profanity if need be, but please keep it within reason. If every other word of your post is vulgar, the post will either be edited or deleted and you will receive a warning.
-PLEASE REFRAIN FROM DOUBLE-POSTING. If you need to say something that you forgot to say in your last post, please edit the post to add it. If there is too long of a gap between noticing, I may overlook it.
-NO REPEAT THREADS. Please. For the love of god. No repeating threads. If there's already a thread in the "Dream Battles" section about, say, X vs. Prometheus, don't start another one just because you want one!
-CUSTOM USER TITLE: After you have reached Rank 2 on our forum, you may utilize a custom title. Since we're still a fledgling site some users may have a title before reaching Rank 2.
That being said, I hope you'll enjoy the forums. Keep to the rules and we won't have any problems.
