I think I should probably provide an example with the character I've found that I like RPing: Cyber-elf X.
NAME: X
AGE: 200+
GENDER: Male
APPEARANCE: A somewhat short and slim young man with short, messy brown hair and bright teal eyes. Usually wears a dress-like robe in two shades of blue (dark blue for the main and light blue for the sleeves) with poofed shoulders, white patterns on the sleeves, and two whitish-silver rings on each sleeve (one under the shoulder poof, and one at the hem of the sleeve), as well as a light blue cross with red trim. His shoes are dark blue and his gloves are white, and he wears black pants under the robe. His ears are covered by rounded blue attachments. He usually has a rainbow-colored halo around his head.
PERSONALITY: Benevolent and pacifist, but is fierce toward his enemies. Shows utmost kindness and care for his friends, and is quick to enrage when interacting with someone he doesn't like (such as the Maverick Virus). Often feels guilty when a friend gets hurt defending him. Tends to act somewhat goofy around his friends, which is when he is able to relax. Tends to hug others to try to cheer them up.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: Energy saber, though he chooses not to fight. Also able to use a "Cyber Buster", which is a pistol similar to a Buster Pistol that has the power of a fully charged X Buster shot.
ATTACKS: As X tries not to fight, his attacks are limited to simple slashes and shots.

His form will often flicker like a hologram when he is under a great deal of stress or angst.
I wish I could avoid violence...but if I did, this world wouldn't be able to live in peace. So I will fight for this world, to protect humans and Reploids alike.

| Hello, I'm HikariNami, but I enjoy roleplaying as Axl from Megaman X. And I tend to entertain the idea about how he'd act if he was in the Zero series as well. Like if he had been sealed away like Zero had, except for much longer, so he could deal with whatever Lumine did to him.
NAME: Axl
AGE: 100+
GENDER: Male
APPEARANCE: Black armor with red and white accents. A white stabilizer pack adores his back that keeps him balanced when he hovers with his jet boots. A blue gem is present on both his chest armor and helmet. He has green eyes and spiky auburn hair. His most noticable trait is a 'x' shaped scar between his eyes.
PERSONALITY: Cocky and battle ready most of the time, cheerful and ready to help all the time. He is adamant about protecting those precious to him and is willing to put his life on the line for them. What he lacks in experience he makes up for with his willing to learn and making sure those around him are happy and safe. He always puts other people's problems before his own, rarely telling others of his problems at all unless they are relevant to a mission or solving a problem.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: Axl Bullets and a variety of weapons that he had copied from previous battles. Copy Chip: Axl is able to assume the form of any reploid he comes in contact with. Their DNA data is stored in his copy chip and he can access it at any time.
Due to his century-long hibernation dedicated to removing Lumine's shard/virus from his helmet and systems, Axl can now utilize a larger variety of reploid forms, including animals. He also has two new modes: Flight Mode and his Winged form. (Both self-explanatory.)
ATTACKS: Rapid fire from his pistols, pistols can transform into any weapon of any reploid he's copied, from rifles to swords and daggers to bazookas. His Copy Shot allows him to mimic the form of anyone he shoots.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Axl's past is unknown. He doesn't remember who created him or where he is from. His earliest memory is Red finding him and taking care of him.

Storm's Sword:Red's sword is surronded by wind.Red unleashes the wind in several schockwaves with a high slashing potential.
Crusher Chain:Red chains his opponent with heavy sword hits.Then the finishing blow varies:he gives a powerful high-to-down sword hit or send his opponent in the air with a "launcher" hit.If he does the launcher hit,he usually follows his opponent in the air to chains him more but sometimes he just shoots in his opponent while he's in the air.
Mad Blazer:Red is surrounded by a fire aura.He dashes towards his enemy and chains him with flamed sword hits,then launches his opponent in the air and shoots a powerful flare with Crimson Death(his gun).
Crusher Dance:Exclusively air combo. Red gives knocks in backward somersault with his sword what allows him to rise a little more at every blow.He finishes with a very powerful vertical blow of sword or a charged shot with Crimson Death.The number of knocks given before varies but is often high.
Lacerating Chain:Weaker but quicker version of the Crusher Chain.
Genmu Zero Barrage:This move can only be performed in Red's Mythos form.Red unleashes several Genmu Zero.
Fusion Sword:Red fuses his beam-saber with his sword.He's surrounded by a wind aura and moves much faster.
Red Storm:Red's Hyper Mode.It activates when a Cyber-Elf (he has no name yet) fuses with him.He's surrounded by a big red aura and red wind continually floats around him.His speed increases at an extreme point.
Omnislash:Same attack as Cloud Strife's Omnislash and all of his versions.
Despair's Storm:Red's ultimate attack.Red chains furiously his enemy then sends him in the air,performs two Crusher Dances and then an Omnislash v6.0.This attack is extremely powerful but Red is exhausted after the attack,which allowing his opponent to counterattack if he survives.
Red Slayer:Red's true ultimate attack.Red chains his opponent furiously with his sword and beam-saber before fusing his two weapons,goes behind and opponent and stabs him,piercing him,his back facing his opponent's back.
Mythos Transformation:Red's Mythos form.His body doesn't change since he's human but a ghost angel wing appears on his back (only one.),his strength and his speed increase incredibly and he can use new moves.
Mythos Level 2:Red's Mythos upgraded.A second ghost angel wing appears on his back,his hair becomes bright and white.His speed and his strength increase more.
Omega Mythos:This form was first activated when Red activated Reddokurasha's Omega Soul Burst Mode,when all of its power and destruction potential is released.Red couldn't control all of the energy at that time.He has the idea to use his Mythos to control it,which resulted in the awakening of Red's ultimate power,the Omega Mythos.In this form,Red has still his white hair and two wings from his previous Mythos but the helmet of Mythos Zero appears on his head.
Dark Mythos:Like it says.When Red's anger reaches a critical point,he transforms into that form.A black ghost angel wing appears on his back,his hair becomes a bit longer and darker,his eyes color in red and he always laugh evily.But he can sometimes control himself when Iris is around...
Insane Mythos: Dark Mythos LVL2.The angel wing dissapears and is replaced by two ghost devil wings.He always smiles evily and laugh insanely when he battles.He's very cruel in this form and attacks both his friends and his enemies...When Red transforms into that form...Run away...Run away quickly...

PERSONALITY: A kind, gentle soul, though she can be stern when she wants to be. While she's still a pacifist, she seems to have a notably stronger resolve and seems a bit more willing to fight. Her feelings for Zero have not been deterred, but has decided to wait for him until he feels he's ready. She's also shown to be motherly, as shown with Axl. However, while Iris is indeed gentle, she is perfectly capable of showing her strong resolve and will, and a no-nonsense attitude if the situation calls for it. She only uses weapons if she's fighting.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: For battle, Iris has a saber she can use. It has a more liquid-like blade than Zero's Z-Saber, so it's more flexible than his as well.

| (Hello, I just joined here today over from deviantart. Red-Masamune encouraged me to sign up, so I did! Here's Fighting Fefnir, my favourite Guardian of Neo Arcadia!)
NAME: Fighting Fefnir
AGE: Unknown
GENDER: Male
APPEARANCE: Wears red and white armor. Unlike his siblings, Fefnir wears extra armor due to frequently engaging in combat, namely a pair of thick shoulder pads and reinforced chest plating that protects his upper region. Has tanned synthetic skin, bright red eyes and short reddish-brown hair underneath his helmet. Physically robust, Fefnir is very tall, often towering head and shoulders above most reploids.
PERSONALITY: As loyal towards his friends and family as he is aggressive towards his foes, Fefnir's ultimate priority is and has always been to obey Master X and to protect all humans from mavericks. Despite his intimidating appearance, he is usually friendly towards others but is quite hot-headed and tends to act (and speak) before thinking - which leads to all sorts of consequences. Although he's normally in control of his emotions, Fefnir does have a hair-trigger temper if he believes that humans (or his relations) are under any sort of threat, and only Master X can disuade him from combat when he enters this 'red-zone' mindset. When Fefnir isn't fighting or performing his Neo Arcadian duties, he enjoys spending his free time honing his skills on the battlefield. While Fefnir knows he isn't the smartest out of his siblings, he doesn't care - just so long as most of his problems can be fixed with a good fight.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: Dual arm cannons, named Sodom and Gomorrah.
ATTACKS: Brute strength is what Fefnir is all about. The Jin'en Gundan Commander is easily strong enough to engage in melee combat, and enjoys using physical attacks such as colliding into his foes head-on to send them flying across the field. The impact of his twin arm cannons can deal a hefty blow, and he can toss similar-sized opponents around like rag dolls. When battle calls for extra firepower, Fefnir blasts away furiously with Sodom and Gomorrah, and occasionally shoots up into the skies to allow fireballs to descend like fiery rain. These blasts can also be fire directly into the ground, enabling beams of fire that resemble magma streams to erupt from the earth's crust. When pressed, Fefnir can transform into an Armed Phenomenon, an enormous creation that resembles a monstrous orange tank with four giant cannons made to resemble dragon's heads. These cannons can shoot flames like a flamethrower, toss out bombs and shoot spheres of plasma that explode, coating enemies with highly flammable fluids.

| Uhuuu. Blame CyberelfX for showing me this. Now I'm here to bring you misery, mwahaha! XD
I got quite a few OCs, so I'll get started on my family of four reploid siblings.
The four siblings composed by two sisters and two brothers, being them, from youngest to oldest, Kaka, Keke, Rara and Gege, manage a bar/restaurant/cafe HQ for humans and reploids named Kakerage, the name being simply nothing in particular, only half of each of the siblings’ names put together. Kakerage Base is located currently in the same city Maverick Hunters HQ is located as well, but in any case, it can move out and be re-opened somewhere else, which is not the current situation at all. The siblings manage the bar/restaurant independently, but they usually don’t mind hiring other reploids or humans if those ask them for a job (Hell, if only getting a job was easier like that…)
The four have the status of “citizen reploid”. Each sibling, despite being utterly similar to eachother in some ways except in the emulation of body age, has quite different personality from eachother. They will be presented separately.
NAME: Keke
AGE: Unknown (AI age appears to be around 10 years old)
GENDER: Female
APPEARANCE: Tiny framed reploid. Green helmet hair that resembles flat pigtails, along with cherry red side horns gems that resemble hairpins. White face with cherry red line marks under her eyes and down her cheeks, along with cherry red eyes. Torso is white with cherry red collar and oval gem on the chest. The waist has a bit of armor that resembles a white tutu. Simple green legs and feet with triangular cherry red gems on them. Arms are green from shoulder to elbow where there is a tiny cherry red gem, then from there to the hands are white with undefined wrist, resembling long gloves.
PERSONALITY: She has a pretty strong personality, and reckless too, as a true teen. Actually, her biggest dream is become a Maverick Hunter, having the hunters as her idols, mainly X, Zero and Axl. This dream is not utterly something she shares often (It is actually so obvious it doesn’t even need her to share it in the first place XD), she shares it more with her siblings, who respect her dream to a certain degree as long she keeps going ahead and continue to help at the bar/restaurant/cafe. They actually encourage her dream, seeing it is what keeps her motivated to work and do her best at the bar/restaurant/cafe and everything else. Hunters beware, this little kid is a freaking STALKER fangirl! She has the terrible habit of trying to sneak into the Hunters HQ... no matter how many times she gets caught and taken back to her older brother, Gege.
However, on her reckless part, she actually makes herself get involved in riots, specially if mavericks at the city are the cause of said riots. She’ll mostly try to defeat them and solve the problem, sure to help those innocents who tend to be caught in the cross-fire, but also to impress hunters that are possibly dispatched to the location of the riot. However, Keke either isn’t noticed, fails at doing something, or ends up failing so badly she has to be saved along with other innocent citizens. Her siblings do worry about this reckless habit of Keke’s and try to talk some sense into her, but… yeah, doesn’t work much. Due to this habit of trying to solve riots by herself when she finds one is making her slowly gain an image that of a “vigilante”, which sometimes are images that catch attention, and on few times, not very well-seen by others, like the police.
Keke usually is a nice girl, being joyful, but it may depend on her current mood. She might be slightly mean or impatient on her not-very-good moods. Sometimes she might not take contradictions from others, but only depending on the subject. She mostly is ambitious (In the good way), as in not giving up. It’s very hard (Not impossible) to make her depress and/or give up, which sometimes might be mistaken for stubbornness.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: "Psyque", which she can hit with a strong telekinetic-like force, if used in battle against an enemy, the attack has a low chance (1/15) of lowering the foe’s defense slightly. It can be used without charging, but will be a little weaker than a charged shoot.
ATTACKS: Unlike Weapon of Choice, those are shared by all four siblings. They have the ability to levitate stuff with their mind, as an imitation of the figure of “supernatural humans” by using an electromagnetic device that is pretty much an atnigravity system. They can also use this system to read the brainwaves of humans to know what they are feeling at the very moment (Anger, Happiness, anxiety, etc. They can't read thoughts), they were given this device because they were originally built for psychology purposes, but humans felt like they were invading their privacy with their brain-reading ability, so they ended up put away from that batch, now working on their very own business which is their bar/restaurant/cafe. This also allows them to create psychic-like shields and barriers. However, if they try levitating something beyond their capacity, such as attempting to levitate something way too heavy for them, they have the risk of dropping it and/or having their energy quickly depleted due to the struggling, in which they become too weak to keep on, having something similar to what fatigue is for humans. It also applies if they need to struggle a lot to keep their protective barriers from breaking down. Between the four siblings, they can communicate with eachother in a way that resembles what we call telepathy, but it doesn't work with others, in short, if they need to contact any other reploid that isn't one of them, they will need a communicator.

EXTRA NOTES: At the siblings’ bar/restaurant/cafe, she usually is a “twig-break”, sometimes having to lend a hand to different tasks in the managing, mostly help taking customers’ orders in the balcony (With Gege), few times helping to get the ordered stuff ready faster at the staff area (With Rara). Sometimes she does take the plates to the tables where the customers took seat, but the waiter service is mostly done by others who have been hired, or bizarrely levitated over to the desired table. But most of Keke’s agenda in regards to the bar/restaurant is actually the entertainment part, which is more entertain their customers, mostly with tricks of levitation and optical illusion, which are things she can do easily thanks to the abilities she has and shares with her other siblings. Her entertainment are mostly to gain their customers’ sympathy and make them feel as comfortable possible, almost as if they were at their homes. If hunters are at the bar/restaurant/cafe, she’ll try a little harder than usual at her entertainment tricks, attempting to discreetly impress them.
Keke’s weapon weakness is Rekkouha, the weapon Zero obtained when he defeated Infinity Mijinion (MMX6)

NAME: Gege
AGE: Unknown (His AI seems to be that of a young man)
GENDER: Male
APPEARANCE: He's the who less has "human-like" traits in his looks. He has a white sharp face with no mouth or nose along with red patient eyes. His helmet is green with some teal-like color stripe in the middle, which begins in the back of his head and goes to his forehead. A teal horn-like appendage is located along this stripe, starting from the back of his head. He has a red forehead gem and another gem where his horn ends. He has four white appendages, two on each side of his head. The area close to his neck/collar is teal, the round shoulderpads being green with a teal stripe, and from there the torso is covered by a green layer that doesn't fully close in the middle of his chest due to a fin-like red gem sticking out of it, another one sticks out of his back as well. Below some teal sticks out, then white on the remaining of his upper body, until it reaches a connection to his lower body. After that, the waist is white, and the tights are green to the knee, where stays a red gem, then from there to the feet is white and kind of plain. The arms are white from under the shoulderpads to the elbow, then it gets green and ticker, with a gray wrist, and a hand of only three fingers.
PERSONALITY: Is the oldest sibling along with Rara, and the closest one to Keke. He appears to have been based on a young courteous man.
He is like the one who has advices to give when looked for so, and the supporting figure to Keke if things don’t go well. He acts rather indifferent to Keke’s dream of becoming a hunter, because he knows that if he encourages it too much and if it come to not be possible, Keke will be terribly depressed, which is something he doesn’t wish to see in any way, so her tries to keep her more “foot on the ground”.
Gege is scarily patient, nothing makes him lose any of his cool no matter what. He can get nervous, or shocked, anxious, scared, etc, but tends to be the one who less gets so. Such patience is actually very useful. It’s needed for Gege in situations like angry customers or riots caused by one or more customers, also makes him to one who is lucid enough to help keep order when others are far too altered to think properly. Such calmness from him seems to help angry others calm down.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: “Blade Cutter”, where he can tear at a foe with a pair of blades together forming an “x” made of the same telekinetic-like power as Keke’s Psyque.

EXTRA NOTES: His chest and back red fins are like Rara’s fins in the same place, and like Keke and Kaka’s “horns”. However, only the one on his back is pointy and sharp, similar to the younger ones’ horns, but the front one is roundy. That, actually is because his place is mostly at the bar/restaurant’s balcony, very close to the customers. He can’t have the lust of a sharp fin in the front that can accidentally prick and/or stab their customers, can he?
As the first one to be talked to at the bar/restaurant, he is pretty courteous and polite, and, sometimes, to look more courteous and “professional”, he wears a bowtie.
Gege’s weapon weakness is Electric Spark, the weapon X obtained when he defeated Spark Mandrill (MMX1).

NAME: Kaka
AGE: Unknown (AI seems to be of a young little boy.)
GENDER: Male (Can be considered slightly girly, though. XD)
APPEARANCE: Front green helmet hair shaped like a bowl that covers the up part of his face, revealing only down from the nose. White face with red marks like Keke's going down his cheeks. back of helmet is white with the "reploid ears" in the sides. Like Keke, he was two red gem horns sticking out of his head, but one on his forehead, and a smaller one behind. The upper torso has a light white armoring with an oval red gem on the chest, and from there he is flat green till his knees where he has a red gem, then continues with white legs to his feet, with red gem appendages sticking out of the sides of his ankles. From shoulders to elbows his arms are white, then from there covered with a bit of green armor with a red gem on the end, then revealing white hands.
PERSONALITY: The youngest sibling, and for being so, tends to be the more “pampered” and small/short one.
Kaka is slightly introvert at first, and prefers to stay away from others, specially crowds, even if he doesn’t want to. He also tends to hang about/idle and mind his own business quite away from others when his siblings are busy. He unwillingly tries to not interact closely with others, because of his horns. He has accidentally prickled/stabbed customers and other people with them, which ends up having people get angry/mad at him, despite him never having intention of using his horns for that. And he doesn’t want others being mad at him, specially customers, so he feels discouraged to approach others. Sometimes he tries to be like Keke, since he secretly sees her and his other siblings as being “better than him, because unlike them he is rather useless”. Rara always warns him to not think like that, neither try to be like someone else, because he is great the way he is. He feels encouraged by her words, but still not good enough.
Kaka usually prefers to stay out of trouble, and tends to feel frustrated when Keke purposely gets into riots like some kind of vigilante, specially if the two are hanging together.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: “Doubled Group” ability, where he creates several illusionary copies of himself by moving rapidly, which makes him the "speed demon" of the family.

He has tried entertaining their customer a few times when Keke wasn’t available to do so, but he doesn’t impress much like Keke does.
His weapon weakness is Storm Tornado, which X obtained for defeating Storm Eagle (MMX1).

AGE: Unknown (AI of that of a young lady)
GENDER: Female
APPEARANCE: Rara has a white face in which only the eye area are shown, the rest covered by a layer of white metal mask muzzle. Her eyes are cherry red. Has green helmet hair that resembles short hair with curled ends on the sides, with a cherry red forehead gem. Has white "ears" with three appendages sticking out of each of the them, with a tiny cherry red gem on each. Around the collar area is white, then green to her chest and "bust", where a cherry red fin sticks out of the chest and the back, then the rest down is white to the waist, in the connection below the white upper body, another white layer sticks out of its end, where starts a long gown-like white dress. From the waist to knees she is flat green, then has a bit of an elegant-looking white armor down to her feet, which has a cherry red gem on it. Her green round shoulderpads with white arms sticking out from under them to the elbow, where it gets covered with a bit of a green light armor to the hand, with an undefined wrist, giving the feel of fancy long gloves.
PERSONALITY: is the oldest of the siblings along with Gege, and the gentle and motherly figure of the four. She’s the one who more cheers Rara up when he’s on low self steem. She appears to have been based on a beautiful young lady in a gown.
She is very gentle and kind, but also fierce as a motherly figure, and almost always has a way with words. She puts her love and gentleness in everything she does, including the customers’ orders. Her kind and gentle way of being allows her to make friends with easy, with little words, and usually makes her that one person everybody likes, with all friends and no foes.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: “Shadowy Sphere”, where she can hurl a dark telekinetic-like lump at a foe.

Rara is the one who provides the customers’ orders passed by Gege, which obviously means she’s skilled at cooking and such.
She also has a secret and very slightly soft crush on Zero, well, not really a crush per se, only a soft liking to him that probably even she doesn’t take notice of at all.
Rara, in opposite to Keke, prefers to not fight neither stay close to riots, since she links fights/riots to engaging safety of people.
Rara’s weapon weakness is Gravity Well, the weapon X obtained for defeating Gravity Bettle. (MMX3).

And now this little critter.
NAME: Slappy (Her real name/designation is Slika, but got the nick of “Slappy” for her [terrible] habit of slapping others, specially ones she’s not very fond of.)
AGE: Unknown.
GENDER: Female
APPEARANCE: A small pink cat animaloid. Has white face with two yellow eyes with small pink marks under them that give the feel of whiskers (They look Exactly like Harpuia's face marking, though). Has a huge green oval gem on her forehead, the remaining of her head pink, along with pink ears and white insides. Her little body is pink on the upper side and white on the lower side. Like the neck connection, the limb connections are gray, with yellow stubby legs sticking out of them, with a green detail on the upper part of each limb. Has a wire, extendable gray tail, on its end a mechanism/appendage that is yellow, and ends with a round pink detail with four little green gems on it. Between the tail and this appendage, has two retractable layers that when none is in use they resemble a duo pink and gray colored bow.
PERSONALITY: Slappy, like real organic cats, is easily fascinated by almost anything that moves and instinctively chases them, and sometimes even chases her own tail. Can be a creature of moods, as shown by her very, VERY terrible habit of using the appendage on her tail to slap others, specially ones she's not fond of.
She also follows her own schedule at her own pace, thus, her daily routines don’t have any specific order, being a random schedule. Since she spends the day her own ways, sometimes her random schedule bumps into other people’s.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: The mechanism on the end of her tail is what is used to slap or hit. It can go alone, or she can cover it in two different layers, one made of a soft material (Pink layer) for when Slappy wishes to make a not so harmful slap or for when she wants to use her tail to bounce, and other made of a very hard material (Gray layer), to make some teeth-breaking hit. Both layers, when not in use, stay retracted under the tail’s mechanism, resembling a duo-colored bow. The length of the tail is changeable, which can surprise those who think she can’t slap from a longer range.
ATTACKS: None other than her tails, which was listed above.
