The blonde haired boy was walking in the empty streets of the city,looking around him,carefully observing his surrounding.This city was said to be a source of frequents conflicts.His hand on the handle of his heavy sword,he was walking.Why was he there?No one knew.

| ((Just have to ask, is this a battle between X and Red? Because if it isn't it should go in either the "For Fun" or "Other" section. Just a heads up.))
A somewhat frail-looking, blue-clad figure sat atop the roof of one of the buildings overlooking the streets, legs kicking back and forth in a rhythmic pattern as the figure gazed up at a sky as blue as his sleeves. Things were so quiet...
Eventually, however, something caught his attention. Footsteps on the street below. X looked down, and the first thing he spotted was blonde hair. Zero? he wondered, tilting his head to the side.
Curious, the brunette jumped down from the rooftop, pushing his robes down to his legs so the fabric didn't billow out like a dress.
I wish I could avoid violence...but if I did, this world wouldn't be able to live in peace. So I will fight for this world, to protect humans and Reploids alike.

"!" His face took an expression of surprise.He tightened his grip on his sword,ready to draw it out.
"This figure...Could it be...X??" He thought.He drew out his sword,pointing him at the angelic figure.
"Stop right there.Decline your identity now." His look didn't showed any fear or hesitation:he knew what he was doing.

X landed in a crouch to minimize the impact of his feet hitting the ground, which already wasn't much because he was practically nonexistent in this form. He stood and faced the blonde in confusion, wondering why he'd pointed his weapon at the brunette.
"It's proper etiquette to introduce yourself before asking the name of another," he began calmly, his voice clear and unusually soft. "But if you must know, my name is X."

| X spun his saber around so it was pointing straight down, intercepting Red's attack. "Slow," he noted. He used the locked swords as a brace and flipped around Red.
Should Red try to attack while X was behind him, X's balance would allow him to dodge with, at the most, a small cut in his chest. If Red had something else planned, however, X would act accordingly.

| X rolled backwards the second his foot touched the ground, narrowly avoiding Red's attack. However, his Sougenmu copy managed to catch his right leg with the very tip of its sword, drawing a bit of blood.
How did he use Sougenmu?! the brunette thought, shocked. After all, Sougenmu was a move only Zero could use...
Right?
X pushed his confusion aside and sprung into the air, floating roughly twenty feet in the sky.

X dropped out of the air at an angle as Red fired several blasts at him. His other hand, the one not holding the saber, shot out, and a rather ornate, bright blue Buster Pistol--the Cyber Buster--formed in his hand. He fired a single blast toward Red, which was the same rainbow hue as his halo and had all the power of a fully-charged shot.

| The attack seemed to be in slow motion to X. In the time it took the attack to reach him, he'd landed on the ground, crouched, and jumped clear over the attack, charging another shot from the Cyber Buster.

| X was caught slightly off-guard when Red's appearance changed and the blonde suddenly attacked. Red's kick connected with X's hand, knocking the saber out of his hand, but it really didn't matter. He left his hand open, materializing the saber again as it vanished from the air. Holding both the saber and Cyber Buster, X took a ready stance.
"I really don't enjoy fighting," he admitted, "but if I have to defend myself, I suppose I have no choice."

X closed his eyes for a brief moment, trying to calm and resolve himself. This was training to Red, but he couldn't hold back.
Teal eyes snapped open as X sprung into the air again, robes glowing. After just a moment, they changed to a more battle-ready appearance reminiscent of a Xiaolin monk's martial arts robe, with a large red ribbon and bow around his waist, black pants with blue around the hem and embellishing the sides, and blue, sleeve-like gloves held onto his middle fingers by silver rings.
It seemed to be an aesthetic change, as his normal robes would get in the way, but there was an added twist that Red would quickly notice.
I wish I could avoid violence...but if I did, this world wouldn't be able to live in peace. So I will fight for this world, to protect humans and Reploids alike.

X brought up his arms in front of him in an attempt to block the attack. His body was more resilient than most Reploids or Cyber-elves, so he could likely take the hit.

| X recognized that attack. It was one Zero had used on him before, or at least a variant of it, when he turned completely Maverick during the Eurasia incident. His eyes widened as he froze, the memories of fighting Zero pinning him in place. Before the attack could connect, however, the brunette snapped himself out of it.
A variant of the X Buster formed on his right arm, which he charged and fired along with the Cyber Buster. The blast collided with the attack, creating a massive explosion.

| The explosion knocked X back several meters. He pushed himself back upright, sitting in a crouching position. There was some blood dripping down his arm from sliding across the ground.
I wish I could avoid violence...but if I did, this world wouldn't be able to live in peace. So I will fight for this world, to protect humans and Reploids alike.

| X forced a small chuckle. "So...you acknowledge that I AM who I say I am?" he asked in almost a joking manner. The brunette stood, wielding the saber in one hand and the Cyber Buster in the other. "And you're quite strong yourself...almost as strong as he was..."

| A Zero Mythos helmet appeared on Red's head as his aura and wings were growing bigger.
"Final blow...Crimson-!"
Red rose his sword higher.
"CRUSHER!!"
Red hit the ground violently with his sword,creating a super thin and enormous crimson shockwave.
(I precise the effects of the Crimson Crusher:if the shockwave touches the enemy then it cuts him apart before exploding violently.Or Red can choose to make it explode before or if the opponent manages to dodge it at first.)

| X shot into the air, wings flaring like a brilliant aurora. He doubted he would be able to dodge the shockwave at how fast it was, but he at least had some time. X quickly dismantled the main components of his Cyber Buster, revealing an energy crystal. He removed the crystal and let the buster clatter to the ground, then pressed the crystal into the saber, revealing its true appearance: the Aurora Saber.
X shot straight down toward Red as the saber flared and grew, pulsing with energy.
