| Zero toned down the amount if heat his core gave off a little so that he didn't hurt Axl. He looked down at the small reploid when it made noise and noticed that Axl was awake again. He ended up brushing the red heads hair out of his face gently.

| X returned with a white medical blanket to wrap Axl up with. It wasn't too thick so he wouldn't overheat, but it was thick enough that he would be warm. The blue Reploid carefully wrapped the infant in it, pausing when he noticed that he had woken up.

| "Well, it's definitely an improvement." Zero said sounding serious, but it was obvious he was joking for the most part. "But I'll admit I feel the same." He said before smiling and shaking his head at what Axl had done. The child seemed to be easily entertained. He glanced over at what Axl was looking at noticing it was a scanner. "Should we scan his systems?" He asked wondering if anything would happen. He assumed either it would say everything was wrong with Axl, or that everything was perfectly fine.

X decided to try rocking Axl to sleep. Knowing infants slept much more than grown-ups proved valuable; if Axl was snoozing he would be safe.

| X propped Axl up so the little infant could hug him around the neck, then lightly patted his back to burp him. He'd read that it was important to burp a baby after feeding them so they wouldn't get stomach cramps. That wouldn't be pleasant.

| Zero ended up glancing over his shoulder at X and Axl. The infant had burped rather loudly. He went over to them and wiped Axl's mouth with a paper towel before throwing it away and going back to what he had originally been doing. The room was a mess anyway, so it would take a little while to finish up. Although he'd leave whenever X did. It wouldn't be fair for the brunette to take care of Axl on his own.

| Zero rolled his eyes at that last comment and went over to the pair. He looked down at Axl wondering why the redhead was waving his arms at him. He definitely wasn't someone that could take care of infants. He would be better off if Axl could at least talk.
