| Virus Zero had gone down to one of the labs and set to work on something. He'd made sure that no one saw him go down there, but then again none of his planned seemed to go right half the time. He quickly typed on a computer and hacked into a sleep pod. He wasn't sure how well this would work, or if it would at all, but it would definitely be interesting to say the least.

| The little Cyber-elf, which Virus Zero had nicknamed "Dark X" because of his appearance to X, flew idly through the base. His papa didn't see him at all, at least not yet, so he just flew around bored. A flash of dark purple and gold caught his eyes; Virus Zero. The elf giggled and flew after him into the lab.
I wish I could avoid violence...but if I did, this world wouldn't be able to live in peace. So I will fight for this world, to protect humans and Reploids alike.

| The virus immediately looked up when he heard something enter the lab. He wasn't expecting it to be Dark X though. "I thought you were sleeping." He stated remembering that the last time he saw the cyber elf was when he had started to take a nap. That was less than ten minutes ago.

| Dark X tilted his head to the side. "Hungwy 'n' bowwed," he stated simply. He was bored silly with sleeping all the time and he was starving. The little elf ate so much more than a usual Cyber-elf!

| The elf nibbled on a few crystals and frowned. "But...bowwed. Wanna stay wiff Zewwo-nii-chan." He sat down on a nearby table while he ate, evolving into a semi-humanoid form.

| The virus heaved a sigh. "Fine, just don't mess with anything." He stated while going back to his work. He really wasn't sure if this would work or not. He was trying to figure out how to change himself to where he could easily infect X. He thought he had a solution, but he would just have to do it to see if it worked or not.

| After a moment Virus Zero decided that it was ready enough. He couldn't tweak it any further without knowing exactly what it would do. He hooked everything up to himself and took a deep breath before pressing the button to start to process. He really hoped this wouldn't mess up.

| Dark X watched curiously at what Virus Zero was doing, but when nothing happened he got bored and started looking around. He would have kept looking around, had he not sneezed and shot across the room like a bullet. The little elf crashed right into the console controlling the pod that Virus Zero was in.

| The console sparked from the impact and caused the pod to mess up. Instead of doing what it had been originally intended to do, it's directives changed to something else. When the pod opened again, Virus Zero fell to the ground and coughed. However, to his horror he realized he'd been turned into a six year old. At least that was the best guess he could have for what his smaller appearance was. He ended up glaring over at Dark X. He knew the cyber elf had done something.

| The virus sighed and rubbed his face. He wasn't sure how to fix this since he had no idea how it had happened. He gathered that the cyber elf had sneezed and slammed into the control panel since it was currently sparking. "It's fine." He muttered before walking past Dark X and back to his 'room'. He'd made a small room for himself on the storage floor. It was nice since neither X nor Zero cared to even go on those floors. It was as if they didn't even exist.

| Virus Zero had managed to find a bed in all the piles of stuff as well and had set up a small bedroom within the large room. It was in the back in a corner and easily hidden. He climbed up onto the bed with slight difficulty and grabbed some energy crystals from a nearby canister. He pulled some out and handed them to Dark X.

| Virus Zero rolled over and pulled Dark X out from under the covers before placing the somewhat scared cyber elf onto the pillow next to his head. He curled up, pulling the blankets too and started to fall asleep.

| Virus Zero woke up about half an hour later feeling better than before. He could feel that Dark X was tangled up in his hair without even moving. He really wondered how the cyber elf managed to do such a thing when his hair was so short.

| The virus used the reflection from the holo screen to look at Dark X. It was definitely an interesting sight, to see a cyber elf poking out from his hair. Although he did look a little confused, which he didn't understand.

| Virus Zero shook his head and used the virus to heal Dark X's nose. He'd used the virus on the cyber elf before with no real negative effect. It didn't really seem to do anything to the small elf. Which was useful since he tended to get hurt like this quite often.

| Virus Zero closed out the screen and rubbed the back of his neck. He needed to find more suitable clothes now. The ones he was currently wearing were far too big and made it somewhat difficult to walk. He wandered back over to some boxes and had to climb up them to actually look through them. This would prove rather annoying.

| The virus dropped back down onto the ground with a new pair of clothes and looked over at Dark X. He ended up grimacing slightly. "If you keep evolving this quickly you'll be taller than me before I change back." He commented before ducking behind one of the boxes to change. He did so quickly before throwing his old clothes back over near his bed.
I'm not arrogant, but I don't make mistakes. I just cut down my enemies.

| "Sowwy..." Dark X's wings drooped slightly at the thought of upsetting his nii-chan. He picked up Virus Zero's old clothes and folded them neatly.
I wish I could avoid violence...but if I did, this world wouldn't be able to live in peace. So I will fight for this world, to protect humans and Reploids alike.

| Virus Zero realized that he was now only a head taller than Dark X. He didn't doubt that the cyber elf would be taller than him whenever he evolved next. "Do you want some food?" He asked noticing that the cyber elf was a little down. It was probably his fault, but he knew how much Dark X liked to eat human food. It would be a little difficult cooking, but he figured he could manage.

| When Virus Zero mentioned food, Dark X nodded enthusiastically. "Uh-huh!" he replied. Nii-chan was great at cooking.
