| X let out a squeak when Zero splashed him, then laughed and splashed him again, this time by "throwing" the water at him by swinging both his arms up from the water. Zero was now soaked from probably the nose down.

He continued to kick his legs in the water noticing that it was a little colder deeper into the water. He had a feeling it changed from hot to cold a few times before reaching the bottom. Quite a few lakes did that.

| X pulled his legs up to the ledge and sat on one of them, keeping the other stretched out a bit to his side. Sitting on his leg propped him up out of the water a bit, so it was now just below his shoulders. He wondered if, since he was a Cyber-elf and was made of pure data, it would be possible to "program" being able to swim.

| X shifted slightly because his foot was starting to go numb from sitting on his leg. When he moved, however, he slipped off the ledge and wound up dunking himself into the water, hitting his head hard on the bottom of the "pool" he and Zero were sitting in.

| The loud THONK! when X hit his head rather unsettled the brunette with how clear it sounded even underwater, and the pain shooting through his skull had left him a bit dazed and disoriented when Zero pulled him out of the water. He wasn't bleeding, thankfully, but it still hurt like crazy.

| X winced a little when Zero's hand brushed against the welt on his head. It made his entire head ache horribly, but it felt like it would subside soon. He rested his head against Zero's chest and closed his eyes, trying to get his headache to go away. The sound of the water splashing was rather soothing.

| X noticed that the water was starting to feel a bit odd. He opened his eyes and looked down, noticing that when he hit his head, he unintentionally changed back into his robed form and the water was pulling his robes around. He really needed to figure out how to stop that.

| "I think I'm okay," said X. He shifted to get off of Zero's lap, but the second his feet touched the bottom of the lake, everything decided to hate him AGAIN.
His foot ended up right on the drop-off into deeper water, causing him to slip and fall almost immediately and wind up tumbling straight down before Zero could even react.

| X wound up hitting his head rather hard when he fell and wound up knocked unconscious. He inhaled some water when Zero grabbed him and started carrying him back up to shore, causing him to remain unconscious. It wasn't life-threatening, thankfully, but it would be fairly problematic since it left him unresponsive.

He came back into the bathroom a few moments later and set the clothes and a towel on the counter next to him before shutting off the tub. "Are you awake?" He asked turning back to look at X.

| Zero was right, X did need to rest. He couldn't even stand up straight, his legs were wobbling, and overall he was just too dizzy to focus. He was blaming himself for being so clumsy again; if he wasn't so klutzy he wouldn't have gotten hurt.

| X didn't protest when Zero started carrying him in one arm, find that the way Zero was carrying him was rather comfortable, vaguely reminding him of that cute image he'd gotten in his head a few days ago. It was almost like Zero was carrying a child. X was almost fully asleep by the time Zero got to the roof, and the warm sunlight lulled him straight to sleep. He was snoring softly and curled up against Zero's chest.
I wish I could avoid violence...but if I did, this world wouldn't be able to live in peace. So I will fight for this world, to protect humans and Reploids alike.

| Zero smiled and sat with his back to the wall next to the door that lead up onto the roof and kept X halfway cradled in his arm and halfway sitting on his lap. He kissed the brunette's temple gently. He was glad X had fallen asleep rather quickly. He needed the rest considering his injury.

| Given the fact that his head was still hurting and he was so disoriented, X looked very peaceful while he was sleeping. In the very back of his mind, X remembered that Zero held him like this at one point when they were still Hunters, not long before Sigma went Maverick. Of course, X was still shy around Zero, but at the time he was too tired to really protest.
I wish I could avoid violence...but if I did, this world wouldn't be able to live in peace. So I will fight for this world, to protect humans and Reploids alike.

| Zero ended up yawning and starting to drift to sleep as well. It was a rather perfect day and it was warm enough without being hot. Strangely he was perfectly comfortable sitting on the concrete. Maybe because he didn't really sleep all that often.
