| "DElf.exe?" X blinked in confusion. Was it something in his systems? A new program? "I've never heard of it. Why do you ask?"
Outside the base, the diminutive Cyber-elf floated around idly, watching the two in the bedroom. "Mi......mimi....mimi?" it chirped in a lonely voice.
(Why do I want this variant to be a Baby Elf? *shot*)

| "Well a screen came up with three options. Execute, set to primary, and export. I ended up hitting export. It looked like a purple cyber elf." Zero explained as best he could. It was relatively hard to since he had no idea what had happened himself. "It bolted out the window though."
Virus Zero became bored rather quickly and went back to the base. However his attention was quickly dbrawn to the cyber elf floating next to one of the windows. Intrigued, he climbed up the side of the building and snatched it out of the air before climbing up onto the roof to look at it.

| X was now thoroughly baffled. A purple Cyber-elf? How did that happen? Did his data split apart or something? He really couldn't voice an answer to that, other than, "Weird."
The baby Cyber-elf let out a frantic cry when the virus snatched it, crying. "Mimimi...! Mimi...?" it whimpered in unintelligible baby-babble. It "looked" at the virus, trying to figure out who it was and why it grabbed the tiny thing.

| "Yeah." Zero agreed. He wondered if that was how X's 'systems' dealt with an infection. To create a new being from it. If so that was definitely strange.
The virus sat on the roof and looked at the purple cyber elf in his hand. He had loosened his grip enough to where it wouldn't hurt the small thing, but it wouldn't be able to just fly away from him either. "You're an interesting thing." He muttered mostly to himself with examining the cyber elf. He somewhat wondered if it had a name.

| The virus could tell that it was scared. He almost felt bad for the tiny cyber elf. But then again he had a slightly smaller set of emotions than Zero so he didn't care too much. "If you won't fly away I'll let you go." He stated not really sure if the thing could understand him or not. If not then the little cyber elf would just have to stay in his hand.

| Virus Zero loosened his hand enough to where if the little elf decided to run away, it could, but he would be able to snatch it out of the air again. | The virus was definitely interested now. The small elf was X's 'child'. He doubted X even knew that the little cyber elf was around. He left the holo screen open and set it down next to him. "X is my friend." He half lied. In his own twisted way, he did see X as a friend, but a target first.

| "Mimimi!!" cried the elf. It sounded like it was both sad and angry that someone wanted to hurt X, and turned bright, fiery red in its anger. Looking at the picture, though, he noticed something. The person who looked like the virus was in the picture with X with his arm around him. It was cropped so he didn't see the whole picture but he was there. And he didn't look like he was trying to hurt X...

| The virus noticed the elf's diverted attention. He glanced at the picture figuring that the small cyber elf realized that Zero was in the picture as well. "This was taken a long time ago. Zero wants to get revenge on X for leaving him on his own, but X doesn't realize it. I haven't had a chance to warn him." He said hoping he could cover for the picture.

| The elf was visibly skeptical, even in its expressionless form, but it would believe the virus for now.
The tiny thing suddenly transformed with a comical "POP!" into what looked like a chibified version of X, but with pale skin, a purple body, and red hair and wings. It--or rather, HE--had red eyes as well.

| Virus Zero shook his head. It had eaten a whole lot more than he thought cyber elves would eat, but regardless at least it was content. He picked up the small elf and walked back into the base. He headed towards one of the storage floors so that X nor Zero would find him. They never went on either of those floors.

| Virus Zero glanced down at the cyber elf noticing that it was peacefully sleeping. He dug through one of the boxes and found a small pillow that the elf could sleep on. He set it down on the pillow before going to dig through some of the other boxes. Maybe they would have something useful. Or more energy crystals.

After about thirty minutes of digging he'd managed to find a large stash of energy crystals, an old core from some large mechaniloid, and a bunch of spare parts he could use in conjunction with the core to make something. If only he knew what he wanted to make.

| ".....You...you still never answered my question earlier..." the brunette commented. "...Your dream...what was the last part you remember? I-it doesn't have to be totally detailed or anything like that...I was just wondering if the last part of your dream was the same as when I had mine."
I wish I could avoid violence...but if I did, this world wouldn't be able to live in peace. So I will fight for this world, to protect humans and Reploids alike.

| Zero pushed his hair back. He had hoped he'd gotten out of actually answering that question, but it seemed he hadn't. He decided to go with as basic of a description as possible. Which wasn't hard since the dream had progressed all the way. "The last part was us starting to go to sleep." He stated hoping that would be enough of a hint for X.

| "O-oh..." stammered X slightly. Wow, so the dream actually went all the way to the end. Now X couldn't help blushing. He honestly wondered WHAT happened in the dream. Thankfully when X was dreaming he was still mostly clothed. It really didn't progress TOO far, but still far enough to become borderline uncomfortable.

| Zero ended up gaining an interest in the wall as he looked away from X. He was rather embarrassed, mostly because he had a feeling X's dream didn't even go half as far. He shook his head to get the memory to go away. He didn't need to think about that.
